25 Things To Say To Annoying People....

  ....SOME USEFUL PHRASES.....

1. I see you've set aside this special time to humiliate yourself in public.

2. Who me? I just wander from room to room.

3. I'm really easy to get along with once you people learn to worship me.

4. I will always cherish the initial misconceptions I had about you.

5. I have plenty of talent and vision. I just don't care.

6. Thank you. We're all refreshed and challenged by your unique point of view.

7. Someday, we'll look back on this, laugh nervously and change the subject.

8. My toys! My toys! I can't do this job without my toys!

9. You sound reasonable...Time to up my medication.

10. It's a thankless job, but I've got a lot of Karma to burn off.

11. I like you. You remind me of when I was young and stupid.

12. The fact that no one understands you doesn't mean you're an artist.

13. I don't know what your problem is, but I'll bet it's hard to pronounce.

14. I'm already visualizing the duct tape over your mouth.

15. Yes, I am an agent of Satan, but my duties are largely ceremonial.

16. I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

17. You are validating my inherent mistrust of strangers.

18. Any connection between your reality and mine is purely coincidental.

19. What am I? Flypaper for freaks!?

20. No, my powers can only be used for good.

21. I'm not being rude. You're just insignificant.

22. How about never? Is never good for you?

23. I'll try being nicer if you'll try being smarter.

24. It might look like I'm doing nothing, but at the cellular level I'm really quite busy.

25. At least I have a positive attitude about my destructive habits.

FOR SENSITIVE OR ACNE-PRONE SKIN:

  Scrubs/Cleansers

Oatmeal Exfoliating Scrub
Ingredients
2 heaped tsp fine oatmeal

Sea-salt and Olive Oil Facial Scrub:
1 tsp olive oil ( cold pressed ) and 1/2 tsp sea salt applied gently to a wet face will not only remove dead cells, but it will also improve micro-circulation. Olive oil is going to nourish the skin, leaving it incredibly soft

  Masks

Bay Clay Facial Mask
(for acne prone skin)
4 tablespoons French clay
5 dried bay leaves
1 cup distilled water
Place the bay leaves into a cup of boiled water, let cool. Strain but keep the liquid. Slowly add the bay liquid to the clay until it is a fairly thick mixture. Dab onto your skin then allow to dry for about 15 - 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Apple Zinger Facial Mask
(oily skin that is acne prone)
1 medium size apple (grated)
5 tablespoons of honey
Mix the grated apple and mix with honey to make a mask. Smooth over skin then let sit for 10 minutes, rinse off with cool water.

Carrot Top Facial Mask
(normal - oily skin)
2-3 large carrots
4 1/2 tablespoons honey

Oatmeal and green tea facial mask
3 tablespoons of oatmeal
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of honey
contents of one green tea bag
1/4 cup hot water
Mix the hot water, contents of green tea bag and the oatmeal into a paste.Blend or stir in the honey and brown sugar.Smooth mask on to your face.Leave it on for 15 minutes.Rinse warm water.

Carrot,green tea, yogurt mask
1 cooked carrot, mashed. (great for oily skin and full of vitamin a)
1 green teabag, opened and soak contents in 1/2 teaspoon of water.
1 tablespoon whole milk yogurt.
Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth consistency. Apply to face avoiding eye area. Rinse with warm water
Mix a packet of yeast with enough tea tree oil to make a paste. Spread over emerging pimple and cover with a bandage overnight.

Toners
Cucumber Toner
One half cucumber cut up
One half of a tomato cut up
1/4 cup of vodka
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it becomes smooth. Dab onto your face and neck , do not rub in simply pat it on gently. Leave on for 5 minutes and follow with a warm water rinse. This mixture will remove the dirt and impurities in your skin while toning your skin. Save the remainder of the toner for later use. Place it in a container and keep it refrigerated. It can be used up to 10 days after it was made.

Apple skin toner
2/3 cup witch hazel
1/3 cup apple vinegar
severeal drops of lavender essential oil (or oil of your choice)
Mix, and add to clean bottle.Shake bottle well before using, and then dampen a cotton ball or pad saturated with your toner, and swab over face. Witch hazel is a gentle astringent, apple cider vinegar will help restore your skin's natural ph balance, and lavender soothes sensitive skin.

FOR YOUNGER LOOKING SKIN
Look Younger Facial
Clean your face with a non-drying soap or Noxema.
Make a scrub using 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp honey and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar.
After you wash your face, apply scrub and gently rub face and neck for about a minute.
Rinse your face and pat dry.
Put some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball/pad and dab all over your face.
Beat an egg white and spread it over your face.
Let it dry for 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off.
Pour a little rosehip oil in your palm, rub hands together and then rub all over face and neck area.
Do this 3 times a week and you will look 10 years younger.

The remaining 4 days a week just wash with soap or Noxema, while it's still on your face, make a scrub using baking soda with a touch of water and scrub your face, tone with the hydrogen peroxide and moisturize with the rosehip oil.

For the eye area, dab (do not rub) with rosehip oil.

Worst Celebrity Baby Name?

Everyone knows celebrities are a quirky bunch. That's why we love them. They aren't worried about looking silly in public, or doing outrageous things the rest of us would find completely mortifiying. One thing I don't get, however, is where they come up with the names of their children. Seriously, what's up with the baby names, huh? It's one thing to saying something "offbeat" to the paparazzi or even go without all your undergarments on occasion--but, anchoring a kid with some crazy name because you're "artistic" is not cool.
I've listed some celebrity baby names I thought were interesting and I want to know what you think.
Which one's the worst? Or, best....depending on how you see it.

10 Things You Should Never Say to a Guy

This is pretty funny.
I'm sure everyone of us has used one (or two) of these lines at least once!

For years we've all heard the things men shouldn't say to women, such as "Yeah, those jeans do make you look a little chunky," and "Why didn't you tell me you had a hot friend."

We've been doing our best to behave, but it's time you knew there are a few things that won't score you any points with the man in your life. For the most part, we're an open book, but there are a few things that make us cringe.

Here's a look at 10 things women say that drive men nuts.

1. "That looks cute."
For the most part, men hate cute. We don't want to hear about it, we don't want to see it, and we sure as hell don't want to be it. If we come down stairs after getting dressed and you tell us we look cute, there's a 100 percent chance we're changing. We're supposed to be your protector, your rock, and cute does not fit into that picture.

2. "We need to talk."
These four words shut off a man's brain faster than long division. When men hear you say that they immediately go into flight mode. And anything they can do to get out of this conversation-and better yet, your apartment-they will. There are plenty of other ways to approach a delicate conversation, and getting us in a place where we feel comfortable is a good start.

3. "It's just a game."
Actually, it's not just a game. Sports are a major part of our lives and the outcome has as much to do with our mood as just about anything else. Is it fair? No. Is it right? No. Is it immature? Maybe. But it's life. Sometimes we just care too much. We understand that it doesn't make sense, but you should be happy that we're that passionate about something. Telling us that "it's just a game" is like us telling you that Oprah's just a talk show host.

4. "Nothing's wrong."
Please don't tell us nothing's wrong. The look on your face could make the toughest guy on the planet weep like a third-grade girl and your arms are crossed so tight you might explode. We're not mind readers; tell us what's going on. And don't make us guess because-believe me-you won't like what we come up with.

5. "I sound like my mom."
The mere fact that you might turn into your mom someday scares the hell out of us. Don't say it, even in jest-it's not funny. We actually believe (and pray) that the saying "every woman ends up looking like their mother" is an old wives' tale. If we didn't, no one would ever get married.

6. "I just want to be friends."
No you don't. You just want us to stop calling you. This is a lot like pulling off a band-aid. Do it quick-don't prolong the agony. Most of us take "I just want to be friends" as "There's still a chance," so if there isn't just make it a clean break and move on. Everyone will be much better because of it.

7. "Size doesn't matter."
Don't lie to us. We know it does, and we're doing our best to make up for it in other ways. It's best just to not say anything at all.

8. "What are you wearing?"
We're wearing whatever's clean or whatever you tell us to. We don't plan out our wardrobe days in advance, but we do actually try and look presentable. It may not work a lot of the time, but we do give it a shot. Giving us direction is completely encouraged though, so go ahead and suggest … nicely.

9. "Do you think she's pretty?"
Of course we do, our standards are much lower than yours. But just because we check her out doesn't mean we think any less of you. We try to be as discreet as possible, but for the most part, we can't help it. It's in our DNA. When an attractive woman walks by, it's best to just pretend nothing happened.

10. "Which outfit do you like better?"
I'm going to be honest here-90 percent of the guys out there are not going to tell you which outfit they like better: They're going to try to pick the one you like better and not get into a holy war when the babysitter is due any minute. To us, you always look good. Getting a couple cocktails and spending as much time as we can without the kids is our ultimate goal for a rare night out.

I haven't done that in years! I used to belong to a group called SCA: Society for Creative Anacronism. The group is still around all over the country, but unfortunately I don't have the time to get involved anymore. It may sound a bit geeky, but it is so much fun! Anyway, here are a few pics of me having a great time at RenFaire!

The music in the background is by a group called Tartanic. They are so awesome!! You can view their website at
http://www.tartanic.net/Tartanic.net.html
I should also mention that one of the bagpipe players (I think his name is Andrew) is a total cutie!! HaHa! Fun Day!
